摘要
为了确保仪表的正常运行,本文研究和分析了PLC的电气自动化仪器仪表故障检测系统。硬件模块包括数据采集模块、PLC芯片选配与通信模块、上位机程序模块、数据集成模块和仪表故障检测模块,保证了电气自动仪表故障检测系统的稳定运行。实验结果表明,该计算系统故障检测时间短,故障检测精度高,充分验证了所设计系统的可行性和有效性。
In order to ensure the normal operation of the instrument,this paper studies and analyzes the PLC fault detection system of electrical automation instruments.The hardware module includes data acquisition module,PLC chip selection and communication module,upper computer program module,data integration module and instrument fault detection module.It ensures the stable operation of the automatic electrical instrument fault detection system.The experimental results show that the fault detection time of the computing system is short and the fault detection accuracy is high,which fully verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the designed system.
