摘要 针对传统PLC开放程度低、兼容性差,难以满足个性化和差异化需求的缺陷,采用STm32为控制核心,设计了嵌入式可编程控制系统的硬件和软件。系统可完成多路数字量和模拟量的采集及输出。硬件进行了抗干扰设计,集成RS232、CAN和WiFi通讯接口。为保证系统实时性,移植了μC/OS-Ⅲ操作系统。设计了语句表格式化程序、指令偏码程序和指令解释程序,通过编制语句表指令实现逻辑控制。可利用通用设备编辑和修改用户程序,且格式要求较低。利用LabVIEW开发的监控中心,能够远程监控系统运行。实验表明该控制系统可实现逻辑控制功能,具有较高的实时性,可应用于自动控制领域。 To address the shortcomings of traditional PLC with low openness,poor compatibility,and difficulty in meeting individual and differentiated needs,using STM32 as the control core,the hardware and software of the embedded programmable control system were designed.The system can complete the acquisition and output of multiple digital and analog quantities.The hardware was designed to be anti-interference,and integrated RS-232,CAN and WiFi communication interfaces.TheμC/OS-Ⅲoperating system was ported to ensure the system s real-time performance.The statement table formatting program,instruction coding program and instruction interpretation program were designed to realize logic control by programming statement table instructions.User programs can be edited and modified using common equipment with low format requirements.The monitoring center developed by using LabVIEW is able to monitor the system operation remotely.Experiments show that the control system can realize logic control functions and has high real-time performance,which can be applied in the field of automatic control.
