摘要
牵引变流器是动车组电磁兼容问题中的主要干扰源。结合某型动车组牵引变流器及牵引变流系统的电路结构,阐述了牵引变流器EMI干扰的产生机理及其主要危害,搭建了IGBT动态模型和相应的牵引变流器EMI模型。牵引变流器产生的干扰电流主要通过线缆传导耦合和线缆辐射耦合对其他系统产生干扰,因此,对牵引变流器输入及输出线缆上的高频传导电流进行系统仿真分析并进行了试验验证。研究结果为动车组牵引系统的电磁兼容设计及优化提供了仿真方法,为进一步分析牵引变流器辐射EMI及对弱电敏感设备产生的影响提供了仿真分析基础。
The traction converter is the main interference source in the electromagnetic compatibility problem of EMU.Combined with the circuit structure of a certain type of EMU traction converter and the traction system,the EMI interference mechanism of the traction converter and its main hazards are explained,the IGBT dynamic model and the corresponding traction converter EMI model are established.Since the interference current generated by the traction converter mainly interferes with other systems through cable conduction coupling and cable radiation coupling,the high frequency conduction current on the input and output cables of the traction converter is analyzed systematically,and the result is verified through experiments.The research results provide a simulation method for the design and optimization of electromagnetic compatibility of traction systems of EMU,and lay a foundation of simulation analysis for Electromagnetic Interference(EMI) from traction converters as well as the influence of the EMI on weak current sensitive devices.
