摘要
开关器件在开通和关断暂态过程中产生的高电压和电流变化是电磁干扰(EMI)的主要来源。准确的EMI预测需要能够高精度描述功率器件开关瞬间的动态行为。基于Saber软件,利用时域法对一斩波器的传导EMI进行了建模预测。利用Saber建模工具Model Architect对功率二极管进行建模;采用MAST语言对IGBT建立行为模型。通过实验对比,验证了干扰预测的准确性以及所建器件模型用于EMI干扰预测的可行性。
The major EMI source of the power converter is the changes of high voltage and current during the switching transient associated with the devices.An accurate prediction of EMI noise needs the precise description of the switching transient.The conducted EMI noise in a buck chopper is predicted using time-domain approach by Saber.The power diode is modeled by the "Model Architect" and the IGBT model is a behavioral model constructed by MAST language.The accuracy of the device models and the feasibility of modeling method are verified by experimental results.
