摘要
以平均聚合度为400的超低聚合度PVC树脂为研究对象,分别对其常规质量指标、粒度、颗粒形貌、透明性等进行分析,并对采用注塑工艺制备的管件制品进行物理性能研究。结果表明超低聚合度聚氯乙烯树脂易于塑化,可添加在较高分子质量的树脂内进行共混使用,所得注塑管件制品力学性能较好。
Taking the ultra-low polymerization degree PVC resin with an average polymerization de-gree of 400 as the research object,the conventional quality index,particle size,particle morphology,transparency,etc.were analyzed,and the physical properties of the pipe fittings prepared by injection molding process were studied.The results showed that the ultra-low polymerization degree PVC resin was easy to plasticize and could be blended with the resin with high molecular weight,and the mechanical properties of the injection molding pipe fittings obtained were good.
