摘要
【目的】探讨非遗传因素对辽宁绒山羊羊绒性状的影响。【方法】以144只辽宁绒山羊为试验对象,现场测定了产绒量和抓绒后体质量,并采集羊绒样本,测定了羊绒的平均纤维曲率、平均纤维直径、纤维直径标准差、平均纤维长度、粗毛数和纤维直径变异系数。最后分析了性别、年龄及生长部位3个非遗传因素对这些性状的影响。【结果】辽宁绒山羊公羊的产绒量、抓绒后体质量、平均纤维直径、粗毛数、平均纤维长度和纤维直径标准差,分别比母羊高366.31 g、15.98 kg、1.59μm、0.83、5.16 mm和0.43μm;4周岁辽宁绒山羊的产绒量、抓绒后体质量、平均纤维直径、粗毛数、纤维直径标准差和纤维直径变异系数分别是810.65 g、51.45 kg、16.26μm、1.96、3.62μm和22.16%,这些性状均高于1~3周岁的辽宁绒山羊(P<0.01)。1周岁辽宁绒山羊的平均纤维曲率为84.52o/mm,极显著高于2~4周岁辽宁绒山羊的平均纤维曲率(P<0.01)。肩胛部羊绒的平均纤维直径(15.52μm)和平均纤维长度(51.58 mm)最大,它的平均纤维直径较股部和体侧部分别高0.04μm和0.12μm,平均纤维长度较股部和体侧部高1.68 mm和0.98 mm。体侧部的纤维直径标准差(3.13μm)和纤维直径变异系数最小(20.28%)。【结论】性别和年龄显著影响了辽宁绒山羊的部分羊绒性状,不同部位间的羊绒纤维品质也有一定的差异。
【Objective】The research was conducted to investigate the influence of non-genetic factors on the cashmere characters of Liaoning cashmere goats.【Method】Firstly,the wool yield and body weight of 144 experimental Liaoning cashmere goats were measured.Then,the average fiber curvature,average fiber diameter,standard deviation of fiber diameter,average fiber length,coarse hair number and coefficient of variation of fiber diameter of cashmere were measured.Finally,the effects of gender,age and growth site on these traits were analyzed.【Result】The results showed that cashmere yield,body weight after combing,mean fiber diameter,coarse edge micron,mean staple length and fiber diameter standard deviation of Liaoning cashmere goat rams were 366.31 g,15.98 kg,1.59μm,0.83,5.16 mm and 0.43μm higher than those of Liaoning cashmere goat ewes,respectively.The cashmere yield,body weight after combing,mean fiber diameter,coarse edge micron,fiber diameter standard deviation and coefficient of variation of fiber diameter of four-year-old Liaoning cashmere goats were 810.65 g,51.45 kg,16.26μm,1.96,3.62μm and 22.16%,respectively,and these cashmere traits were significantly higher than those of one-year-old,twoyear-old and three-year-old Liaoning cashmere goats(P<0.01).The mean fiber curvature of one-year-old Liaoning cashmere goats was 84.52o/mm,which was significantly greater than those of two-year-old,three-year-old and four-year-old Liaoning cashmere goats(P<0.01).The mean fiber diameter(15.52μm)and mean staple length(51.58 mm)of scapular cashmere were the largest.The mean fiber diameter of scapular cashmere was 0.04μm and 0.12μm higher than those of thigh cashmere and ventral cashmere,and its mean staple length was 1.68 mm and 0.98 mm longer than those of thigh cashmere and ventral cashmere,respectively.The standard deviation(3.13μm)and coefficient of variation(20.28%)of ventral cashmere were the smallest among the three parts studied.【Conclusion】It was suggest that sex and age significantly affected some of
