摘要
在北京西部和北部广袤的山区,有诸多依托自然山水形成的小镇,它们是古都文化的重要承载区域。近年来快速城镇化导致这些山水人文小镇风貌破坏、文脉断裂、活力受阻。当前,北京逐步建立了“三级三类四体系”的国土空间规划总体框架,乡镇域国土空间规划作为其中重要一级正在全面开展规划编制。以山水小镇潭柘寺镇为例,从山水人文角度切入,挖掘传统营建理念和智慧,探索适应山水小镇空间特征和文化特色的国土空间优化方法路径,以期能为新时期山水人文小镇的高质量发展提供有益的借鉴。
In the vast mountainous area of northwestern Beijing, many small towns present the unique natural landscape of ancient culture. Rapid urbanization has destructed the scenery,culture and vitality of these small towns in recent years. At present,Beijing has established the general framework of "Three-level,three-type and four-system" territory spatial planning. As one of the most important level, territory spatial planning for the town is being fully carried out. In this paper, we take Tanzhe Temple Town,a small mountain town, as an example. The paper explores the ideas and wisdom of traditional construction from the perspective of landscape and humanity, and researches into the optimization path of territory spatial planning for landscape humanistic towns. It is hoped that it can provide useful reference for the high-quality development of landscape humanistic towns in the new period.
