兰州城市典型区段地质环境承载力评价及国土空间开发利用建议 被引量:1

EVALUATION OF GEOLOGICAL CARRYING CAPACITY AND SUGGESTIONS ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND UTILIZATION OF LAND SPACE IN TYPICAL SECTIONS OF LANZHOU CITY

摘要 以兰州市城关区伏龙坪为研究对象,在充分收集和调查分析区域地质环境条件、自然地理等资料的基础上,采用层次分析法(AHP),将自然地理环境及地质因素、人类工程活动、社会经济等评价要素和16项评价指标结合起来,建立阶梯层次结构模型,选取适宜的权重指标,构建矩阵,最后运用ArcGIS平台进行空间分析,对研究区(伏龙坪)地质环境承载力进行综合评价,将伏龙坪划分为地质环境承载力高、中等、低三个区域,认为伏龙坪台塬北部望垣坪、东四沟一带为地质环境承载力中等—低区,应划定地质环境红线,实施整体搬迁后纳入兰山公园等景区进行“一体化”规划,从根本上解除生态本底脆弱、地质灾害点多面广和人地矛盾突出等问题;台塬东西两侧斜坡体及中部、南部后街社区一带为地质环境承载力中等区—高区,两侧斜坡可进行生态景观方面的开发建设,中部、南部台塬可在拆迁的基础上逐步整合开发;伏龙坪西南部缓坡区为地质环境承载力高区,有较大的承载空间,可打造人文生态景观,最大限度发挥土地利用率。 Taking Fulongping of Chengguan District in Lanzhou City as the research object, on the basis of fully collecting and investigating and analyzing the regional geological environment conditions, natural geography and so on, adopting the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), combining the natural geographical environment and geological factors, human engineering activities, social economy and other evaluation factors with 16 evaluation indexes, the hierarchical structure model is established, the appropriate weight indexes are selected, and the matrix is constructed, finally, using the ArcGIS platform for spatial analysis, the geological carrying capacity of the study area(Fulongping) were comprehensively evaluated, and the Fulongping area was divided into three regions with high, medium and low geological carrying capacity, it is concluded that the northern parts of the Fulongping plateau, such as Wangyuanping and Dongsigou, are low carrying capacity areas, and that the red line of geological environment should be delineated and integrated planning should be carried out in scenic areas such as the Lanshan District Park after the overall relocation, the eastern and western slopes of the tableland and the central and southern back street communities are medium-sized areas of geological carrying capacity, the slopes on both sides are considered for ecological landscape development, with the central and Southern Tablelands being gradually integrated and developed on the basis of demolition, while the gentle slope area to the southwest of Fulongping is a geologically carrying capacity area, there is a larger bearing capacity space, can be combined with the overall Integration Planning of Fulongping.
