摘要
通过接触变形描述圆柱滚子轴承滚道故障机理,借鉴保持架与外圈作用关系计算外圈与轴承座相互作用力和力矩,以牛顿-欧拉方程建立考虑外圈与轴承座间隙的滚道故障圆柱滚子轴承动力学模型,分析了间隙和摩擦因数对轴承振动性能的影响规律,并通过试验验证了所建立模型的可靠性。结果表明:外滚道故障时域振动信号冲击峰出现时间随间隙增大而提前,局部高频波动幅值随摩擦因数增大而增大,而故障特征频率幅值减小;内滚道故障时域振动信号冲击峰出现时间随间隙增大而滞后,局部高频波动幅值随摩擦因数增大而增大。
The raceway fault mechanism of cylindrical roller bearings are described by contact deformation,the force and moment between outer ring and housing are calculated by referencing the relationship between cage and outer ring,the dynamic model of cylindrical roller bearings with faulty raceway considering the clearance between outer ring and housing is built based on Newton-Euler equation.The effect laws of the clearance and friction coefficient on vibration performances of the bearings are analyzed,and the reliability of the model is verified by test.The results show that:the time of impact peak in time domain vibration signal of outer raceway fault is earlier with the increase of clearance,the amplitude of local high-frequency fluctuation increases with the increase friction coefficient,while the amplitude of fault characteristic frequency decreases;the time of impact peak in time domain vibration signal of inner raceway fault lags with the increase of clearance,and the amplitude of local high-frequency fluctuation magnifies with the increase of friction coefficient.
