摘要
该文运用文献资料法和数理统计法,从儿童的身心发展、教育观念、国家政策、市场前景等方面,提出开设儿童体适能课程的必要性及充分利用高校的人力、财力、物力等资源开设儿童体适能课程,培养儿童体适能师资的可行性。同时,根据儿童体适能目前市场缺乏规范性,课程体系不够完善,教练紧缺的现状,提出校校联合,共同打造儿童体适能课程标准;校企合作,增强儿童体适能教练教学实践能力;兼聘挂职,弥补师资力量不足的建议。
By using the methods of literature and mathematical statistics, this paper puts forward the necessity of setting up Children’s Physical Fitness courses from the aspects of children’s physical and mental development,educational concepts, national policies and market prospects, and the feasibility of making full use of human,financial and material resources in colleges and universities to set up Children’s Physical Fitness courses and cultivate children’s physical fitness teachers. At the same time, according to the current situation of lack of norms in the market for children’s physical fitness, inadequate curriculum system and shortage of coaches, the paper proposes that schools and schools should unite to jointly build up the curriculum standards for children’s physical fitness, and that schools and enterprises should cooperate, to strengthen the teaching practice ability of children’s physical fitness coach;to employ part-time, make up for the lack of teachers.
