摘要
云南省旅游文化产业的兴起为民族工艺再次重生创造了良好机遇,而边疆民族地区教育水平整体不高的现实状况为教育差异化践行提出了较高要求。针对特殊的地缘优势和人才需求,少数民族工艺纳入高等院校人才培养应从体系规划、教育创新、产教融合、人才激励、评价机制等多方面统筹,并且充分发挥高等院校以研促教的平台功能,实现跨学科融合知识,这样才能够弥补师资力量短缺、传承模式散小、连贯性差以及民间艺术纳入教育其理论支撑不足,学理性薄弱的短板。
The rise of tourism culture industry in Yunnan Province has created a good opportunity for the rebirth of national arts and crafts,while the low education level in the border area has faced higher requirements for the practice of education differentiation.In view of the special geographical advantages and the talent demands,the cultivation of minority arts and crafts in colleges and universities should be carried out through system planning,educational innovation,industry-education integration,talent incentive,evaluation mechanism etc.We should give full play to the platform of promoting education by research in colleges and universities to realize the interdisciplinary integration of knowledge,so as to make up the shortage of teachers,scattered and small inheritance model,poor coherence,the lack of theoretical support for folk arts into education and the weakness of theory basis.
