一种基于属性加密的云病历隐私保护系统

摘要 针对智慧医疗中云病历的安全存储与访问的隐私保护需求,利用属性加密在细粒度密文访问控制的优势,设计并实现了一种云病历隐私保护系统,解决传统访问控制只针对明文控制的不足,实现了对云病历数据细粒度访问控制与隐私保护。 In view of the privacy protection requirements for the secure storage and access of cloud medical records in intelligent medical service, taking advantage of attribute-based encryption in fine-grained ciphertext-based access control, a cloud medical record privacy protection system is designed and implemented to solve the shortage of traditional access control only for plaintext, and realize the fine-grained access control and privacy protection of cloud medical record.
