摘要
为解决传统BIM软件的PPR管构件不完善、进行给排水设计时自动化和智能化程度低的问题,提出在Creo平台中设计PPR冷热水系统的新方案。详细研究了三维标准库、数据库存储与访问和自动布管模块的开发步骤和流程,在Creo2.0的平台上,利用Microsoft Visual Studio 2010和二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit开发出了具有可视化界面的PPR三维标准库和自动布管系统,该系统可以快速生成符合国家标准的PPR管材、管件并实现了冷热水系统的自动装配布管功能,通过实例验证了该系统的准确性和高效性。
In order to solve the problems of imperfect PPR pipe components of traditional BIM software and low automation and intelligence in water supply and drainage design,a new design scheme of PPR cold and hot water system in Creo platform is proposed.The development steps and processes of 3D standard library,database storage and access and automatic pipe laying module were studied in detail.On the Creo 2.0,PPR 3D standard library and automatic pipe laying system with visual interface were developed by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and secondary development tool Pro/Toolkit.The system could quickly generate PPR pipes and pipe fittings that meet the national standards and achieve the automatic pipe assembly and laying function of the hot and cold water system.An example showed the accuracy and efficiency of this system.
