摘要 “1+X”证书制度试点背景下,职业院校“三教”改革既是一种价值取向,具有教育靶向逻辑;又是一种目标取向,具有教育系统逻辑;还是一种发展尺度,具有教育融合逻辑。遵循“1+X”证书制度试点背景下职业院校“三教”改革的行动逻辑,职业院校可依据实际办学条件以及产业经济情况制定相应适然策略,优化“三教”改革发展路径,组建结构化教学共同体,提高教师协同性改革;重塑课证融通新理念,凸显教材科学性改革;革新教学动力源,推进教法多元性改革。 Under the background of“1+X”certificate system,the reform of“teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods”in vocational colleges is not only a value orientation,with educational targeting logic;it is also a goal orientation,with educational system logic;it is also a development scale,with educational integration logic.Following the action logic of the reform of“teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods”of vocational colleges under the background of the“1+X”certificate system,vocational colleges can formulate appropriate strategies based on actual school conditions and industrial economic conditions,optimize the development paths of the reform of“teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods”,form a structured teaching community,improve the reform of teachers’coordination,reshape the new concept of integration of courses and certificates,highlight the scientific reform of teaching materials,innovate the power source of teaching,and promote the reform of teaching method diversity.
