均匀化退火对Mg-4Zn-4Y合金显微组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Homogenization Annealing on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Mg-4Zn-4Y Alloy

摘要 对铸态Mg-4Zn-4Y合金进行了不同温度(440,460,480℃)和不同保温时间(4~24 h)下的均匀化退火,研究了均匀化退火对合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明:铸态合金中存在α-Mg相、W相Mg_(3)Zn_(3)Y_(2)、LPSO相Mg_(12)ZnY和富钇相;随着退火温度的升高,大部分LPSO相逐渐溶入基体;随着退火保温时间的延长及退火温度的升高,富钇相含量减少,枝晶偏析得到改善;与铸态合金相比,440,460℃均匀化退火后合金的抗拉强度略微降低,断后伸长率变化较小,480℃均匀化退火后抗拉强度和断后伸长率较高,但出现烧损现象。该合金的最佳均匀化退火制度为440℃×12 h。 As-cast Mg-4Zn-4Y alloy was treated by homogenization annealing at different temperatures(440,460,480℃)for different holding times(4-24 h),and the effects of homogenization annealing on the microstructure and properties of the alloy were studied.The results show that there wereα-Mg phase,W phase Mg_(3)Zn_(3)Y_(2),LPSO phase Mg_(12)ZnY and yttrium-rich phase in the as-cast alloy.With increasing annealing temperature,most of the LPSO phase gradually dissolved into the matrix.With increasing annealing temperature and holding time,the content of yttrium-rich phase decreased,and the dendrite segregation was reduced.Compared with the as-cast alloy,the tensile strength of the alloy after homogenization annealing at 440℃and 460℃decreased slightly,and the percentage elongation after fracture changed slightly.The tensile strength and percentage elongation after fracture after homogenization annealing at 480℃were relatively high,but the burning loss occurred.The best homogenization annealing of the alloy was 440℃×12 h.
