摘要
在不同温度下对铸态新型Cu-Ni-Al合金进行均匀化退火,通过静态全浸试验、扫描电镜和电化学测试分析均匀化退火对新型Cu-Ni-Al合金耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:新型Cu-Ni-Al合金的腐蚀速率随均匀化退火温度的升高而降低,在900-950℃间腐蚀速率趋向稳定;在850-950℃下均匀化退火,钝化现象明显,维钝电流密度较小,呈现良好的耐蚀性,但在850℃退火后合金的点蚀现象明显,对合金的耐蚀性不利;在900-950℃下均匀化退火后交流阻抗圆弧半径较大、电流密度较小,呈现较好的电化学特性,耐蚀性较好。
The effect of homogenization annealing at different temperatures on corrosion resistance of a new cast Cu-Ni-Al alloy was investigated by static full immersion test,scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical test. The results show that the corrosion rate of the new Cu-Ni-Al alloy decreases with the increasing of homogenization annealing temperature,and the corrosion rate tends to be stable at900-950 ℃. The new Cu-Ni-Al alloy has obvious phenomenon of passivation and shows good corrosion resistance at 850-950 ℃,after annealing at 850 ℃,the pitting corrosion of the alloy is obvious,which is unfavorable to the corrosion resistance of the alloy. After homogenization annealing at 900-950 ℃,the AC impedance arc radius is larger,the current density is smaller,the alloy exhibits better electrochemical characteristics and corrosion resistance.
