摘要
随着我国医药卫生体制改革的持续推进,如何调整国家医药资源配置与布局、提升卫生公共服务效能成为当前业内所需关注的重点内容。所谓医联体,指的是医院之间以合作联合体或医院集团的形式,通过实施人才流动、科技交流等举措,实现设备、人才、科技、文化等医院资源的高效集成。基于此,本文以柳州市人民医院所构建的医联体为例,阐述利用信息平台为医联体内各主体进行超声远程教育的方法以及质量控制措施,旨在提高医联体超声管理人员的管理能力,促进在医联体大环境下工作人员专业的进一步发展。
With the continuous deepening of the medical health system reform in China,how to adjust the national medical resources allocation and layout,and improve the efficiency of health public service has become the key of the industry at present.Medical association refers to the efficient integration of hospital resources such as equipment,personnel,science and technology,and culture through the implementation of talent flow and scientific and technological exchanges in the form of a cooperative consortium or hospital group between hospitals.Based on this condition,this paper takes the medical association constructed by Liuzhou People’s Hospital as an example to elaborate the ultrasonic distance education method and quality control measures for each agent in medical association by using the information platform,aiming to improve the management ability of ultrasound management personnel in medical association and promote the further professional development of staff under the environment of medical association.
