摘要
目的:确定参葛颗粒的最佳水提及纯化工艺。方法:以提取液中丹酚酸B和葛根素的含量指标,运用单因素试验和正交试验相结合,对参葛方水提过程中浸泡时间、提取次数和时间、加水量等因素进行考察,确定最佳水提工艺。结果:最佳水提和纯化工艺:加水量为药材质量的12倍,以1.5、0.5、0.5 h分别提取3次;水提液加95%乙醇至乙醇浓度65%沉淀1次。结论:本研究确定的水提及纯化工艺稳定,可有效保留了参葛颗粒中的有效成分。
Objective:To determine a optimized process for the water extraction and purification of Shen’ge granules.Methods:Based on the content index of salvianolic acid B and puerarin in the extract,the factors such as soaking time,extraction times,extraction time and water amount were investigated by combining single factor test and orthogonal test to determine the optimized water extraction process.Results:The optimal process for water extraction and purification was as follows:the water content added was 12 times of the weight of Shen’ge granules,the extraction was carried out for three times with the time 1.5,0.5,and 0.5 h each,respectively and the aqueous extract was precipitated once by adding 95% ethanol to final ethanol concentration of 65%.Conclusion:The water extraction and purification process determined in this study is stable and can effectively retain the effective components in Shen’ge granules.
