摘要
焦炭炼焦过程中产生的焦炉煤气经净化后可作为工业燃料,通过煤气管道提供给用户使用。然而,由于焦炉煤气中含有机械及化学杂质,主要通过煤气排水器下排尘管排出。焦炉煤气管道在长时间输送煤气的过程中,煤气沉积物持续积累在煤气排水器内部,若不及时处理将造成煤气大量积水,致使煤气管道有效管内径逐渐缩小,极大地降低管道长期输送煤气能力,严重时因积水过多造成管道支架超负荷。文中主要针对常年运行的焦炉煤气排水器堵塞问题,通过引用泄压阀对原有方法进行改进,有效避免了蒸汽烫伤与阀门开裂等安全隐患,排水器堵塞问题得到解决。
Coke oven gas produced in the process of making coke in China’s coke and steel industry can usually be used as industrial fuel after being purified by a coke oven. As some mechanical and chemical impurities contained in the coke oven gas are mainly discharged through the dust discharge pipe under the gas drainer, during the long-term transportation of the gas, there will be continuous accumulation of these deposits in the gas drain. If it is not handled in a timely manner, it may cause a large amount of gas pipe water and lead to a gradual reduction in the gas pipe effective pipe inner diameter, resulting in a significant reduction in the long-term gas transmission capacity of the gas pipeline. If it is serious, it may be easy to accumulate too much water and cause a large amount of leaking gas to drop off the overload pipe of the pipe support. In this paper, aimed at the problem of blockage of the coke oven gas drainage device, the original method was improved by using a pressure relief valve, which effectively avoided hidden dangers such as steam scald and valve cracks, and thus, the clogging problem of the drain was solved.
