摘要
针对某冷轧厂1号镀锌线退火炉混合煤气管路堵塞严重问题,通过对煤气管网特性及用气制度、流体介质特性和堵塞物的送检化验分析,找出混合煤气管道堵塞的主要原因,并提出解决措施。
Aiming at the serious blockage problem of mixed gas pipeline in No. 1 galvanized line annealing furnace in a cold-rolling mill,the main reason for the blockage of mixed gas pipeline was found through the analysis of gas pipe network characteristics,gas utilization system,fluid medium characteristics and plug test,and the solutions were put forward.
