摘要
文章主要阐述了涂层技术在南钢棒材多功能热处理炉炉辊上的应用,炉辊表面通过热喷涂方法将喷涂材料加热熔化,以一定速度喷射到基体表面形成涂层。论证了热处理金属炉辊热喷涂陶瓷材料后获得的优异性能。得出了此方法延缓了炉辊结瘤,同时也延长了炉辊寿命,确保产品质量和生产正常的结论。
The article mainly describes the application of coating technology on the furnace rollers of multifunctional heat treatment furnace for bars of NISCO.The coating on the roller's surface is formed by the method of thermal spaying by heating and melting the spray materials,and then spraying them onto the substrate surface at a certain speed.The excel-lent performance obtained after thermal spraying of the ceramic material on the heat treatment metal roller is demonstra-ted.It is concluded that this method delays the nodulation of the furnace rollers,prolongs their using life and ensures the product quality and normal production.
