摘要
依托广州地铁11号线出入段线盾构工程,为解决双仓式泥水盾构在自稳性差、富水渗透性强的复合软弱地层中常压开仓作业难题,经充分考虑盾构机类型、周边环境、方案经济性、作业安全性等影响因素后,进行了惰性浆液填仓+化学浆液地面加固辅助技术研究。研究结果表明:采用惰性浆液填仓+化学浆液地面加固辅助常压开仓技术,地面沉降在可控范围内,开仓作业效果理想。该方法可用于辅助双仓式泥水盾构在相似地层的常压开仓作业。
The entrance and exit section of Guangzhou Metro Line 11 is taken as an example. In order to solve the problem of opening operation under normal pressure of double-cabin slurry shield in the composite soft stratum with poor self-stability and strong water permeability, the auxiliary technology of inert slurry filling +chemical slurry ground reinforcement is studied after fully considering the influence factors such as shield machine type, surrounding environment, scheme economy and operation safety. The research results show that the ground subsidence is within the controllable range and the opening operation has achieved ideal results by opening under normal pressure technology of inert slurry filling cabin +chemical slurry ground reinforcement assisted. This method can assist the opening operation under normal pressure of the double-cabin slurry shield in similar strata.
