摘要
新型农业经营主体是发展我国现代农业的核心力量,其亲环境意愿与行为的稳定性决定着绿色农业的发展程度。为探究“三品一标”视角下新型农业经营主体亲环境行为与意愿的悖离情况,结合UTAUT理论,基于安徽省236份调查问卷数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型,从组织内部特征和外部情境两方面验证影响主体行为与意愿悖离的因素。结果表明:受教育程度、留在组织的意愿、组织支持感、“三品一标”认证率、预期收益、消费者满意度、生态环境改善、认证程序、教育培训、政府补贴、亲友邻里示范作用和法律法规对新型农业经营主体亲环境行为与意愿悖离产生显著的负向影响;性别、年龄、“三品一标”技术难度和投入成本对新型农业经营主体亲环境行为与意愿悖离产生显著的正向影响;组织中角色、“三品一标”宣传报道、当地基础设施和贷款利率未通过显著性检验。据此提出提高组织支持感,加强组织承诺;提升绩效期望,激发主体成员亲环境动机;正确引导努力期望,发挥主体成员亲环境自觉性;营造外部有利环境,强化多元激励要素等建议和对策。
The new-type agricultural operation subject is the core force to develop modern agriculture in China,and the stability of its pro-environment will and behavior determines the development degree of green agriculture.In order to explore the deviation between the pro-environment behavior and willingness of new agricultural operation subjects from the perspective of“Three Pin,one standardization”,combined with UTAUT theory,based on 236 questionnaires in Anhui Province and using binary Logistic regression model,the factors influencing the deviation between behaviors and willingness from the internal characteristics of the organization and the external situation are verified.The results show that the level of education,willingness to stay with the organization,perceived organizational support,“Three Pin,one standardization”certified rate,expected returns,customer satisfaction,ecological environment improvement,the certification program,education training,government subsidies,The exemplary role of relatives and neighbors and the laws and regulations have a significant negative impact on the deviation between the pro-environment behavior and willingness of the new-type agricultural operation subjects;gender,age,technical difficulty of“Three Pin,one standardization”and input cost have a significant positive impact on the pro-environment behavior and willingness deviation of new-type agricultural operators.The role in the organization,the publicity report of“Three Pin,one standardization”,local infrastructure and loan interest rate did not pass the significance test.Therefore,suggestions and countermeasures as to improve the sense of organizational support and to strengthen organizational commitment,to improve performance expectations and to stimulate pro-environment motivation of subject members;to correctly guide the effort expectation and to exert the pro-environment consciousness of the new-type agricultural operation subject members;to build favorable external environment and to strengthen multiple inc
