摘要
目的 :探讨基于药物治疗、心理干预、护理、家庭关怀与社会支持5个部分组成的统合性心理护理干预对青少年焦虑障碍患者的焦虑、家庭亲密度和社会支持的影响。方法 :采用方便取样法,选取2022年1月—4月在荆州市某三级甲等医院门诊就诊的86名青少年焦虑障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组(n=43)与观察组(n=43)。对照组由心理专科医生在门诊进行药物治疗与心理知识教育;观察组在其基础上采用基于MPNFS模式的统合性心理护理干预。比较两组患者干预前和干预后的焦虑、家庭亲密度和社会支持得分。结果 :干预前,两组患者的焦虑、家庭亲密度和社会支持得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,对照组与观察组患者的焦虑、家庭亲密度、社会支持得分有所改善,但观察组患者的焦虑得分低于对照组,家庭亲密度和社会支持得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :基于MPNFS模式的统合性心理护理干预能有效缓解青少年焦虑障碍患者的焦虑,并提升家庭亲密度与社会支持。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of integrative psychological nursing intervention based on MPNFS model on anxiety, family intimacy and social support of adolescent patients with anxiety disorder. Methods: A total of 86 adolescent patients with anxiety disorder in the outpatient department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Jingzhou City from January to April 2022 were included by convenient sampling, and were divided into the control group(n=43) and the observation group(n=43) according to the random number table method. Those in the control group were given medical treatment and psychological knowledge education by psychologists in the outpatient department. Those in the observation group were treated with integrative psychological nursing intervention based on MPNFS model on the basis of the control group. The scores of anxiety, family intimacy and social support were observed and compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: There were no significant differences in the scores of anxiety, family intimacy and social support in the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of anxiety, family intimay and social support were better in both group, the anxiety score of the observation group was lower, and the scores of family intimacy and social support were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrative psychological nursing intervention based on MPNFS model can effectively alleviate the anxiety and improve the family intimacy and social support of adolescent patients with anxiety disorder.
