摘要
甲真菌病是一种常见的甲病变,临床常用治疗方法为系统口服及外用抗真菌药物,但实际临床应用中存在药物毒副反应、菌株耐药、再复发等诸多问题。近年来,以激光作为主要或辅助手段治疗甲真菌病备受国内外学者的关注,现就激光治疗甲真菌病的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床提供参考。
Onychomycosis as one of common nail diseases, is usually treated with oral and topical antifungal drugs, but there are many problems in clinical practice such as drug toxicity, drug resistance and recurrence. In recent years, laser therapy, as a main or auxiliary treatment for onychomycosis, has attracted the attention of many scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, the recent progress of laser treatment for onychomycosis was reviewed in order to provide reference for the clinical practice in this field.
