摘要
目的调查医学生心理韧性、病情告知偏好及死亡态度现状,并探讨三者相关性。方法2020年8月-2021年4月,采用一般资料调查表、病情告知调查表、CD-RISC 10和DAP-R对云南省某医学院617名在校医学生进行问卷调查。结果617名医学生心理韧性总分29.22±5.59分,死亡态度总分88.19±13.34分,病情告知上80.2%的医学生认为癌症早期,应告诉患者实情。相关分析显示,心理韧性与死亡态度中自然接受、趋近接受维度呈正相关(r=0.028~0.082,P<0.05),与死亡恐惧、死亡逃避及逃避接受维度呈负相关(r=-0.124~-0.087,P<0.05)。二元logistic显示,心理韧性与第一知情人、最佳告知人的选择呈正相关。结论医学生的病情告知偏好、死亡态度与心理韧性密切相关,教育者可通过提高心理韧性水平,促使医学生理性面对死亡和癌症告知。
Objective To investigate current status of mental toughness,illness notification preference and death attitude among medical students,and discuss their correlation.Methods From Aug.2020 to Apr.2021,617 medical students in a medical college in Yunnan Province were investigated by general information questionnaire,disease notification questionnaire,CD-RISC 10 and DAP-R.Results The total score of mental toughness of 617 medical students was 29.22±5.59 points,and the total score of death attitude was 88.19±13.34 points.80.2%of medical students believed that should told the truth to the patients in the early stage of the cancer.Correlation analysis showed that mental toughness was positively correlated with the dimensions of natural acceptance and approaching acceptance(r=0.028~0.082,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the dimensions of fear of death,death avoidance and avoidance acceptance(r=-0.124~-0.087,P<0.05).Binary logistic showed that psychological toughness was positively correlated with the choice of the first information and the best nunciator.Conclusions Medical studen s preference for disease notification and attitude towards death are closely related to mental toughness.By improving the level of mental toughness,educators can promote medical students to rational face death and cancer notification.
