摘要
民族文化产业发展对铸牢共同体意识有着积极而重要作用。近年来,武陵山区在民族文化产业发展方面成效显著,不断铸牢了共同体意识的政治基础、经济基础、思想基础和社会基础。同时,也还存在对其内涵理解不深、两者之间的关系认识不到位,各民族共享的中华文化符号和中华民族形象的内涵挖掘不够,盲目追求经济效益、忽视意识形态属性,保障制度缺位与治理水平亟待提高等问题。新时期,进一步推动民族文化产业发展,需要准确把握两者的科学内涵,处理好彼此间的关系,挖掘利用各民族共享的中华文化符号、树立和突出中华民族形象,将民族文化产业纳入民族团结进步示范区创建工作中,全面深入持久开展民族团结进步教育,通过顶层设计,出台保障民族文化产业发展的政策举措。
The development of ethnic culture industry plays a positive and important role in consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.In recent years,the Wuling Mountains region has been made great achievements in development of ethnic culture industry,which lays a solid political,economic,ideological and social foundation for consolidating a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.However,there is still a lack of full understanding of its connotation and the relationship between the two,the insufficient exploration of the Chinese cultural symbols shared by all ethnic groups and the image of the Chinese nation,the blind pursuit of economic benefits and the neglect of ideological attributes,the lack of a guarantee system and the urgent need to improve the governance abilities.In the new era,it is important to further promote the development of ethnic cultural industry,to accurately grasp the scientific connotation of the two and deal with the relationship properly,to explore and utilize the Chinese cultural symbols shared by all ethnic groups,to establish and highlight the image of the Chinese nation,to incorporate the national cultural industry into the creation of national unity and progress demonstration areas,to carry out comprehensive,in-depth and lasting education on national unity and progress,and to introduce policies and measures to guarantee the development of the national cultural industry through top-level design.
