摘要
提升产业链供应链现代化水平是建设现代化经济体系和社会主义现代化强国的重要支撑。基于新发展阶段下出现的新现象新困境,现代化产业链供应链应能够在面对严峻国际竞争时实现创新领先,在面对复杂外部冲击时保障安全可控,在面对人类共同命运挑战时践行绿色发展。经过多年的快速发展,我国产业链供应链发展水平得到不断提升,但由于缺乏足够的工业化积累,产业链供应链现代化仍面临创新能力相对较弱、安全性问题突出、绿色化转型任重道远等现实挑战。数字经济的蓬勃发展为我国产业链供应链现代化带来了重大历史机遇,数字经济将从提升创新能力、安全可控能力、绿色低碳发展能力等方面推动产业链供应链现代化。充分发挥数字经济在推动产业链供应链现代化水平提升方面的作用,应从宏观、中观、微观等多个层面上精准施策,深入推进。
The modernization of industrial and supply chain provides an important support for building a modern economic system and a strong socialist modern state.Modern industrial and supply chains should be able to:achieve innovation leadership in the face of severe international competition;ensure safety and control in the face of complex external shocks and practice green development in the face of challenges to the common destiny of mankind.After years of rapid development,the development of China’s industrial and supply chain has been continuously improved,yet still facing challenges such as insufficient innovation capability,prominent security issues and a need of green transformation.The vigorous development of digital economy has brought great opportunities for the modernization of industrial and supply chain.Digital economy will promote the modernization of industrial and supply chain in terms of improving the ability of innovation,safety controllability and green development capacity.Measures at multiple levels should be taken to fulfill the role of digital economy in promoting the modernization of industrial and supply chain.
