摘要
目的基于社会学习理论构建实习护生同伴支持教育方案,为临床护理教育管理者实施同伴支持教育提供理论依据。方法以社会学习理论为指导,通过文献回顾、质性访谈初步拟定实习护生同伴支持教育方案,运用德尔菲法对17名专家进行2轮咨询,最终构建实习护生同伴支持教育方案。结果2轮专家咨询有效问卷回收率分别为94%、100%,专家权威系数为0.86,各指标重要性赋值均数为4.24~4.82分;最终形成基于社会学习理论实习护生同伴支持教育方案包括5个一级条目、10个二级条目、31个三级条目。结论本研究基于社会学习理论构建实习护生同伴支持教育方案具有一定的科学性、可行性与实用性,可为临床护理教育管理者实施同伴支持教育方案提供参考。
Objective To construct a peer support education program for nursing students based on social learning theory,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing education managers to implement peer support education.Methods With social learning theory,through literature review and qualitative interview,we initially formulated a peer support education program;Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation with 17 experts,and the final version of peer support education program for nursing students was constructed.Results The effective questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence was 94%and 100%respectively;expert authority coefficient 0.86,and the average assigned value of importance of each index ranged from 4.24 to 4.82.The peer support education program for nursing students based on social learning theory consisted of 5 first-level,10 second-level and 31 third-level items.Conclusion The constructed peer support education program for nursing students is scientific and practical,which can provide reference for clinical nursing education managers to implement peer support education program.
