摘要
目的伴随着人们健康意识的不断增强,院前急救的规范性开展受到大众广泛关注。本研究通过探讨多元化管理在急救中心患者院前急救中的应用效果,以期为临床开展规范性院前急救工作提供参考。方法回顾性分析2015年1月—2016年12月河南科技大学第一附属医院急诊科接诊的所有院前急救患者的临床资料,其中2015年1~12月接诊的21425例院前急救患者为对照组,2016年1~12月接诊的24266例院前急救患者为观察组。对照组采取常规急救措施,在对照组的基础上,观察组给予多元化管理。比较两组患者抢救成功率及患者满意度。结果对照组患者抢救成功率为80.02%,观察组患者抢救成功率为89.99%,观察组患者抢救成功率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者管理满意度为98.00%,对照组患者管理满意度为85.00%,观察组患者管理满意度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论多元化管理在急救中心患者院前急救中能够显著提高抢救成功率,并能够提高院前急救患者管理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective With the continuous enhancement of people’s health awareness,the standardized development of pre-hospital first aid has received widespread public attention.This study explores the application effects of diversified management in the pre-hospital first aid of patients in emergency centers,in order to provide a reference for the clinical development of standardized pre-hospital emergency work.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of all pre-hospital emergency patients admitted to the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2015 to December 2016.Among them,21425 pre-hospital emergency patients received from January 2015 to December 2015 were the control group.The 24266 pre-hospital emergency patients admitted from January 2016 to December 2016 were the observation group.The control group took routine first aid measures,and the observation group was given diversified management on the basis of the control group.The rescue success rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue success rate of patients in the control group was 80.02%,and the rescue success rate of patients in the observation group was 89.99%.The rescue success rate of patients in the observation group was apparently higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the management satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 98.00%,and the management satisfaction rate of patient in the control group was 85.00%,and the management satisfaction rate of the observation group was apparently higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified management can significantly increase the rescue success rate in the pre-hospital first aid of emergency center patients,and can improve the satisfaction of pre-hospital emergency patient management,which has high clinical application value.
