摘要
随着公众权利意识的提升,公民向公安机关报警维权的现象已屡见不鲜,但在报警内容的真实性方面存在一定问题。在后疫情时代下,虚假报警问题越发突出,相关规定的缺失与考核体系的漏洞成为虚假报警行为高发的主要原因。根据其行为性质,虚假报警行为可分为非违法行为、治安违法行为与犯罪行为。通过完善法律法规、接轨征信系统、创建行为数据库等途径,可强化公安机关对虚假报警行为的事前防范与事后打击,以此实现社会秩序的稳定与公安工作的高效运作。
With the improvement of public awareness of rights,it is common for citizens to report to the police to safeguard their rights,but there are some problems in the authenticity of the alarm content.In the post-epidemic era,the problem of false alarms has become more and more prominent.The lack of relevant regulations and loopholes in the assessment system have become the main reasons for the high incidence of false alarms.According to the behavior nature,false alarm behavior can be divided into non-illegal behavior,public security illegal behavior and criminal behavior.By improving laws and regulations,integrating credit investigation system,creating behavior database and taking other measures,the public security organs can strengthen the prevention of false alarm behavior in advance and strike it after the event,so as to realize the stability of social order and the efficient operation of public security work.
