煤直接液化用煤煤岩组分分布特性及油收率研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了煤直接液化煤粉粒度与煤岩组分的分布关系、煤粉中煤岩组分的旋风分离富集效果及煤岩组成对煤直接液化油收率的影响。结果表明:煤直接液化煤粉的粒径与镜质组含量呈正相关,煤粉粒径越大,其镜质组含量越高;通过自制的固-固分离旋风分离器可以有效富集煤粉中的镜质组,在典型的实验条件下,保证富镜质组煤粉回收率为70%左右时,其镜质组体积分数分别从56.44%、58.07%提高到65.36%、64.74%,分别提高了8.92和6.67个百分点;与煤粉原样相比,旋风分离得到的富镜质组煤粉在高压釜中液化反应的油收率提高了2.91个百分点;总体来看,经过旋风分离富集得到的富镜质组煤样的液化性能优于煤粉原样。 The relationship between the particle size of direct liquefaction coal and the macerals,the effect of enriching macerals by cyclone separator and the influence of macerals on the oil yield of coal direct liquefaction were studied.The results showed that the particle size of coal was positively correlated with the vitrinite content.The larger the particle size of coal,the higher the vitrinite content was.The self-made solid-solid separation cyclone separator could effectively enrich the vitrinite in pulverized coal.On the typical experimental conditions,when the recovery rate of vitrinite rich pulverized coal was about 70%,the vitrinite content increased from 56.44%and 58.07%to 65.36%and 64.74%,increased by 8.92 and 6.67 percentage points.Compared with original sample,the oil yield of the vitrinite-rich pulverized coal obtained by cyclone separation increased by 2.91 percentage points.In general,the liquefaction performance of vitrinite-rich coal sample obtained by cyclone separation was better than that of original pulverized coal sample.
