摘要
焦炭热强度是焦钢企业重点关注的焦炭性质指标之一,对影响热强度的关键参数即炼焦煤热塑性进行分析,对于认识和评价炼焦煤及焦炭质量预测分析具有重要的意义。通过整理和分析国内外焦炭热强度预测模型及其成焦机理的理论依据,归纳影响焦炭热强度的主要四类参数,指出炼焦煤热塑性的选择及其表达是焦炭质量预测的关键和难点,并通过2种煤的热塑性指标比较,探讨不同热塑性指标在表达胶质体数量和性质及其关联最终结焦能力方面的异同与优劣,同时回顾国内外学者对炼焦煤热塑性指标整合表达的研究进展。由探讨可知:国内外建立焦炭热强度预测模型所选取的参数均可归纳为煤阶、煤岩组分、热塑性、煤灰成分四大类;炼焦煤热塑性是焦炭质量预测的关键参数,同时该关键参数的准确表达也是焦炭质量预测模型建立的难点;炼焦煤热塑性指标要能够准确表达和区分胶质体的数量和性质,从而准确关联炼焦煤最终的结焦能力。
The coke strength after reaction is one of the most concerned coke property indexes in coke&steel enterprises.The key parameter that affects the thermal strength,namely the thermoplasticity of coking coal was analyzed,it is of great significance for understanding and evaluating coking coal and coke quality prediction analysis.By sorting out and analyzing the theoretical basis of coke thermal strength prediction models and coke formation mechanism at home and abroad,four main parameters affecting coke thermal strength were summarized.It is pointed out that the selection and expression of coking coal thermoplasticity are the key and difficult points for coke quality prediction,through the comparison of thermoplastic indexes of two kinds of coal,number and nature of glial bodies expressed by different thermoplastic indexes were discussed,as well as the the similarities and differences,advantages and disadvantages of the final coking capacity.At the same time,this paper reviewed the research progress of domestic and foreign scholars on integrated expression of coking coal thermoplasticity index.It can be seen from the discussion that the parameters selected for establishing coke thermal strength prediction models at home and abroad can be summarized into four categories:coal rank,coal petrographic composition,thermoplasticity and coal ash composition.Thermoplasticity of coking coal is a key parameter for coke quality prediction,at the same time,the accurate expression of this key parameter is also the difficulty in establishing the coke quality prediction model.The thermoplasticity index of coking coal should be able to accurately express and distinguish the quantity and nature of colloid,so as to accurately relate the final coking capacity of coking coal.
