摘要
高炉喷吹技术可减少高炉焦炭的消耗量与增加高炉的有效容积,焦炭质量的优劣对高炉生产的稳定运行至关重要。概述焦炭在冶金高炉内下降过程中受热应力、机械磨损、碳素熔损反应、铁渗碳反应熔蚀4个主要的破损作用而劣化,并指出高炉喷煤对骨架焦炭劣化主要体现在焦炭在高炉内滞留时间变长、焦炭熔损反应与焦炭荷重均增加。结合焦炭性质变化对高炉的影响,对我国目前大型高炉对焦炭的质量要求进行分析,归纳不同炉容级别高炉对喷吹用煤、高炉用顶装焦炭的质量要求以及入炉铁矿石、焦炭和喷吹煤中有害杂质质量控制值,以期为研究高炉喷吹条件下不同容积高炉选择焦炭提供技术依据。指出焦炭的热态性能对大型高炉的正常生产具有决定性的作用,高炉用焦炭质量的重要指标包括抗碎强度、耐磨强度、反应性指数和反应后强度,另外要求焦炭的固定碳含量高以及灰分和硫分均低。
The blast furnace injection technology can reduce the consumption of coke and increase the effective volume of the blast furnace,and the quality of coke is crucial to the stable operation of blast furnace production.It is outlined that the coke is subjected to four main breakage effects during the reaction process,namely thermal stress,mechanical wear,carbon melting loss reaction,and iron carburization reaction dissolution.It is pointed out that the deterioration of skeleton coke by blast furnace coal injection is reflected in the longer retention time of coke in the blast furnace,and the increase of both melting reaction of coke and coke load.Combining with the effect of coke quality change on blast furnace,the quality requirements of coke for large blast furnace were analyzed.The quality requirements of coal and coke for blowing in different volumes of blast furnaces,and quality requirements of top loading coke were summarized,as well as the quality control values of harmful impurities in incoming iron ore,coke and blowing coal.Requirements mentioned above was predicted to provide a technical basis for the study of coke selection in different volumes of blast furnaces under blast furnace blowing conditions.This paper points out that the thermal properties of coke are decisive for the normal production of large blast furnaces.The important indexes for evaluating the quality of coke include crushing strength,wear resistance strength,reactivity and thermal strength.In addition,high fixed carbon content and low ash and sulfur content of coke are required.
