摘要
为加快回采巷道掘锚一体机国产化进程,针对掘锚一体机的电动综合保护、同步行走控制以及自动掘进控制三个关键技术进行研究,并进行试验分析。试验数据结果验证了用于回采巷道的掘锚一体机可满足设计要求,能够适应回采巷道实际工况,同时为掘锚一体机的国产化提供理论和工程依据。
In order to speed up the localization process of the integrated anchor digging machine for back mining roadway,three key technologies of the integrated electric protection system,synchronous travel control and automatic digging control of the integrated anchor digging machine are studied and analyzed in the test.The test data verified that the anchor digging machine for backhoe roadway meets the design requirements and can adapt to the actual working conditions of backhoe roadway.At the same time,it provides theoretical and engineering basis for the localization of the anchor digging machine.
