摘要
目前,我国煤矿的煤巷综掘作业线普遍采用的配套方式为综掘机和手持式单体锚杆钻机,支护占作业时间过长,劳动强度大,存在较大安全隐患,严重影响煤巷快速掘进和采掘的接续。为解决此问题,同煤集团塔山矿成功的应用了CMM2-15型锚杆钻车掘锚交叉综掘工艺,实现了锚、护机械一体化作业,大大缩短了支护作业时间,提高支护效率和支护质量,带来很好的安全、经济、社会效益。
At present,the fully mechanized digging line of roadways in coal mines commonly used supporting means of the fully driving machine and hand-held single bolt jumbo,the support for the occupation of work time is too long,and the labor intensity is strong,there is a big security risk,seriously affecting the fast driving and mining continua?tion of roadways.In order to solve this problem,the successful application of the driving and bolting cross driving technol?ogy of the CMM2-15bolt jumbo in Tashan Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group realized the integrated operation of anchor?ing and protecting machinery,greatly shortened the supporting work time and improved the support efficiency and sup?port quality,and bring the good safety,economy,social benefits.
