摘要
实践育人是推动高校思想政治教育高质量发展的重要抓手,是塑造复合型人才的必由之路。当前,以学生需求为中心的实践育人体系与高校供给之间供需错位,导致实践活动存在“形式化”“硬融入”等现象,其主要原因是实践教育主体供给单一、实践教育资源供给分散、实践教育模式供给陈旧。基于“大思政”的视角,从建立实践育人多元的“大师资”体系,促进实践育人供给主体改革;搭建实践育人“大平台”,推进实践育人供给载体与环境改革;建设素材丰富的实践育人“大课程”资源,推动实践育人供给内容改革,将思想政治教育融入实践育人全过程与各环节,以发挥“大思政”背景下实践育人的“引领效应”。
Practice-based education is an important starting point to promote the high quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It is an essential way to cultivate interdisciplinary personnel.At present,the mismatch between the practice-based education system centered on student demand and the supply of colleges and universities leads to pointless formalism and forced integration,which are mainly caused by single supply of practice-based education subjects,scattered supply of practice-based education resources,and outdated models.Based on the perspective of "great ideology and politics",from setting up the practice education system of "great teachers" and promoting the innovation of practice education supply main body,this paper aims to build practice education "platform",promote the reform of practice education carrier supply and environment,construction material abundant practice-based educational resources,big courses content reform,promote the practice education supply To integrate ideological and political education into the whole process and all links of Practice-based education,so as to bring into play the "leading effect" of practice-based education under the background of "great ideological and political education".
