摘要
实践育人是高校立德树人的有效途径,是促进大学生全面发展的必然要求。文章通过探讨实践与人、实践与教育的关系,进而把握“人自由而全面的发展”这一实践育人的价值旨归,并构建了以高等教育工作者为主导、大学生为主体、社会组织参与的实践育人模式。
Practical education is an effective way for colleges and universities to establish morality and cultivate people,and it is an inevitable requirement to promote the all-round development of college students.By discussing the relationship between practice and people,practice and education,this paper grasps the value purpose of “people’s free and all-round development”,and constructs a practical education model led by higher educators,dominated by college students and participated by social organizations.
