摘要 随着电子商务迅速发展,商品在线评论服务的重要性日益凸显。评论蕴含了众多消费者对特定产品和相关服务的真实感受,反映出了许多消费者的态度、立场和意见,具有非常宝贵的调研价值。以某电商平台的某款手机产生的评论为实验数据,对其进行了分词、词性标注和评论文本信息的预处理。基于预处理后的用户数据进行客户情感分析,使用LDA主题模型来分析用户评论,了解其潜在目标用户的需求、意见、购买原因,以及产品的优缺点,提出全面改善产品交互体验的相关建议。 With the rapid development of e-commerce,the importance of online product reviews has become increasingly prominent.The review information contains consumers’ subjective feelings about specific products and services,reflecting people’s attitudes,positions and opinions,and has very valuable research value.In order to explore whether current companies can make full use of these user comments and evaluate the quality of user-generated content,a complete set of experiments is designed.This article uses the comment content of a mobile phone’s e-commerce platform as experimental data,and performs text pre-processed such as word segmentation,part-of-speech tagging,and removal of stop words.Perform sentiment analysis based on the pre-processed data,and use the LDA theme model to extract key comment information,understand user needs,opinions,reasons for purchase,and product advantages and disadvantages,and finally put forward suggestions.To improve the product,which is conducive To promoting the company’s "consumption".
