摘要
在运用SWOT战略分析工具分析的基础上,针对企事业单位知识产权战略发展所需要完善之处提出相应的建议和措施,以期企事业单位能够在知识产权战略实施过程中充分发挥自身所具有的优势,充分利用当前外部的发展机遇,不断克服自身存在的劣势及面临的威胁,使得该战略的实施更好地促进自身发展。
Based on the analysis results of using SWOT strategy analysis tool,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures for promoting intellectual property strategy development of enterprises and institutions.It is hoped that enterprises and institutions can give full play to their own advantages and outer development opportunities in the implementation of intellectual property strategy,and overcome their own disadvantages and threats,so as to get great development.
