摘要
为检验大学生的商务英语阅读能力及其各项影响因素的作用,采用问卷和访谈的形式对山西省某地方应用型本科院校商务英语专业的122名学生进行调查,结果发现:山西省某地方应用型本科院校商务英语专业学生的阅读能力处于中等水平;商务词汇、语法知识、商务知识、阅读策略皆对商务英语阅读能力产生正向影响作用;阅读策略对商务英语阅读能力的作用最大,商务词汇的作用最小。研究对商务英语阅读教学有一定启示:教师应引导学生养成良好的阅读习惯;课堂上加强学生阅读策略的学习和练习;围绕教学重点改变教学策略。
In order to measure the roles of different factors on students reading ability of business English,the author investigated 122 business English majors in a local applied university in Shanxi province by questionnaire and talk.The results are the following:The students reading ability of business English in local applied university in Shanxi provinceis is in the middle level;Business vocabulary,grammar,business knowledge,and reading strategy has a positive effect on business reading ability;The effect of reading strategy on business reading ability is the largest and effect of business vocabulary on business reading ability is the smallest.The research has some suggestions to teaching of business English reading:In the process of teaching,teachers should pay attention to students reading habits;In the class,teachers should focus on the strategies of reading;Teachers should change teaching strategies around teaching focus.
