摘要
探讨了老年心血管内科护理管理中的风险因素及预防措施。选取2021年中山大学附属第三医院岭南医院心血管内科收治的老年患者作为此次试验的研究对象,并采用随机分组,将所有实验对象等分为实验组和对照组。对照组患者接受传统护理,实验组患者在传统护理的基础上进行新型的安全防范护理工作。依据患者的医疗诊断和病理分析结果,总结统计出在老年心血管内科护理管理中的风险因素,最后进行走访统计调查出两组患者对两种不同护理模式的认可程度。研究发现,为保证对老年心内科患者的心血管常规的医疗护理,应适当地增加一些安全的心脏防护及管理的措施,能够大幅度降低风险发生率,保障病人安全,进而提高治疗效果,提升患者的护理满意度。
This paper discusses the risk factors and preventive measures in the nursing management of cardiovascular internal medicine for the elderly,hoping to help patients with treatment and recovery more efficiently.The elderly patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University Lingnan Hospital in 2021 were selected as the research objects of this trial,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the control group received traditional nursing,while the patients in the experimental group received new safety precautions based on traditional nursing.According to the medical diagnosis and pathological analysis of the patients,the risk factors in the elderly cardiovascular internal medicine nursing management were summarized and counted.Finally,the interview statistics were conducted to investigate the degree of recognition of the two groups of patients on nursing.The study found that in order to ensure the routine cardiovascular medical care for elderly patients in cardiology department,some safe cardiac protection and management measures should be appropriately added,which can significantly reduce the risk incidence,ensure patient safety,thus improve the treatment effect and enhance patient satisfaction.
