心血管内科老年住院患者营养风险分析及护理 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解心血管内科老年住院患者入院时营养风险,并探讨其相关影响因素,为进行营养支持提供依据。方法采用营养风险筛查2002,对符合标准的200例患者于入院后进行营养风险评分;对不完全符合营养风险筛查2002标准的54例患者,检测血清白蛋白,结合问卷资料进行评分。比较不同种疾病、不同性别患者的营养风险发生率。结果本组患者营养风险发生率为38.6%。心血管内科老年患者不同疾病营养风险发生率不同(P=0.006),女性患者营养风险发生率(50.4%)高于男性患者(29.4%)(P=0.001)。结论对心血管内科住院老年患者,尤其是女性老年患者营养风险应进行早期筛查,积极进行营养干预。
