摘要
分析了马来酸依那普利联合辛伐他汀治疗中老年高血压的效果。选取2020年7月—2021年12月期间到河北省沧州中西医结合医院接受诊治的62例中老年高血压患者作为研究样本,采用单双号分发法将其分成样本量为31例的研究组及样本量为31例的常规组。常规组患者采用马来酸依那普利进行治疗,研究组患者采用马来酸依那普利联合辛伐他汀治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、血压控制情况、血脂水平、血流动力学改善情况以及血清炎性因子水平等。研究发现,在为中老年高血压患者进行治疗时采用马来酸依那普利联合辛伐他汀予以干预,能够改善患者临床各项指标,并稳定患者的血压,临床效果显著,具有较高的应用价值。
The effect of enalapril maleate combined with simvastatin in the treatment of hypertension in middle-aged and elderly patients was analyzed.From July 2020 to December 2021,62 middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Hebei Province were selected as study samples.They were divided into the study group with 31 samples and the routine group with 31 samples by single and double number distribution method.The patients in the routine group were treated with enalapril maleate,and the patients in the study group were treated with enalapril maleate and simvastatin.The clinical treatment effect,blood pressure control,blood lipid level,hemodynamic improvement and serum inflammatory factor level of the two groups were compared.The study found that the intervention of enalapril maleate combined with simvastatin in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension can improve the clinical indicators of patients and stabilize the blood pressure of patients.The clinical effect is significant and has high application value.
