摘要
分析了剖宫产产妇使用地佐辛复合舒芬太尼进行腰硬联合麻醉的效果。选取秦皇岛市工人医院于2021年4月—2021年12月收治的118例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,将其以双盲法均分为对照组(59例,应用舒芬太尼)和观察组(59例,应用舒芬太尼+地佐辛复),并进行效果对比。研究发现,剖宫产产妇使用地佐辛复合舒芬太尼进行腰硬联合麻醉,镇痛效果良好,改善应激反应和神经递质水平效果佳,获得临床医生和患者的普遍认可,值得推广。
To analyze the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia with dexamethasone combined with sufentanil for cesarean section parturients.118 cases of cesarean section parturients admitted by Qinhuangdao Workers’Hospital from April 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were equally divided into the control group(59 cases,sufentanil)and the observation group(59 cases,sufentanil+dexamethasone)by double blind method,and the effects were compared.It can be seen from this that the combined spinal and epidural anesthesia with dizosin and sufentanil for cesarean section parturients has a good analgesic effect and a good effect on improving stress response and neurotransmitter level,which has been widely recognized by clinicians and patients and is worthy of promotion.
