摘要
永州市旱地资源丰富,是湖南省小籽花生种植的最大产区。花生产业健康发展不仅影响该市农业发展和农民增收,而且对小籽花生供给、花生产品质量至关重要。本文分析了永州市小籽花生产业发展现状,剖析了发展中存在的问题,结合永州市实际情况,提出了发展建议。分析表明:永州市在自然资源、生产规模、种质资源、产业化水平等方面有明显优势,但是在生产上存在机械化程度低、地方品种退化、由于施肥不合理和化学除草造成的土壤板结、酸化加剧、养分失衡等问题,且该地花生加工过于简单,销售方式落后。为此,永州市需强化政策引导,重抓科技领航,从构建良种良法体系、适度规模化经营、延伸产业链、拓宽销售渠道、加强品牌建设等方面着手,推动永州小籽花生产业可持续发展。
Yongzhou is rich in dry land resources,which is the largest production area of small seed peanut in Hunan Pro-vince.The healthy development of peanut industry not only affects the agricultural development and farmers′income in the city,but also is crucial to the supply of small seed peanuts and the quality of peanut products.This paper analyzes the development status of small seed peanut industry in Yongzhou City,analyzes the major problems in the development,and puts forward suggestions based on the actual situation of Yongzhou City.The analysis shows that Yongzhou has obvious advantages in natural resources,production scale,germplasm resources,industrialization level,etc.,but in production,there are not only problems such as limited planting conditions,low mechanization and degradation of local varieties,but also problems such as unreasonable fertilization,chemical weeding,hardening of soil,aggravating acidification,nutrient imbalance,too simple processing,not on track,and backward sales methods.To this end,Yongzhou City needs to strengthen policy gui-dance,focus on science and technology,and promote the sustainable development of Yongzhou small seed peanut industry from the aspects of constructing improved variety and good law system,moderate scale management,extending industrial chain,widening sales channels,strengthening brand construction and so on.
