可变频热泵密集烤房烟叶烘烤性能及效益分析 被引量:1

摘要 为解决传统密集烤房存在的问题,为变频热泵密集烤房在烟叶烘烤上的应用提供参考,设置加装变频风机的空气能热泵烤房、普通空气能热泵烤房、加装变频风机的传统燃煤密集型烤房和普通传统燃煤密集烤房4种处理,对不同类型烤房的烘烤性能与烟叶烘烤效益进行比较分析。结果表明:可变频热泵密集烤房烘烤的烟叶内在化学成分比例较好,淀粉含量显著低于其他3组处理;各处理中以可变频热泵密集烤房成本最低(887.96元/房),且烤后烟叶感官质量及评吸结果显著优于其他处理。综合分析,可变频热泵密集烤房在烟叶烘烤实用性上具有突出优势,能够有效提高烟叶烘烤质量和收益。 In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional intensive oven and provide reference for the application of frequency conversion heat pump intensive oven in tobacco curing, four treatments which were air energy heat pump oven equipped with frequency conversion fan, ordinary air energy heat pump oven, traditional coal-fired intensive oven equipped with frequency conversion fan, and ordinary traditional coal-fired intensive oven were set.The curing performance and curing benefit of different types of roasters were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the proportion of intrinsic chemical components of tobacco cured in variable frequency heat pump intensive oven was better, and the starch content was significantly lower than that in the other three treatments.Among all treatments, the variable frequency heat pump intensive curing room had the lowest cost(887.96 yuan/room),and the sensory quality and smoking evaluation results of cured tobacco leaves were significantly better than other treatments.According to comprehensive analysis, the frequency conversion heat pump intensive curing room has outstanding advantages in the practicability of tobacco curing, which can effectively improve the quality and yield of tobacco curing.
