摘要
在自动钻铆机床中,钻铆机构的运动特性、关键部件的强度和刚度会直接影响钻孔和铆钉铆接动作的性能。为了获得钻铆机构的运动和受力特性,基于ANSYS有限元分析软件和ADAMS动力学分析软件,建立钻铆机构的刚柔耦合动力学分析模型,进行运动学和动力学分析,得到钻铆机构关键部件的运动速度、加速度、位移,以及受力的相关曲线,提取关键部件的载荷谱。通过研究,为钻铆机构及自身力学性能的优化提供参考。
In automatic drll riveting machine tool,the motion characteristics of the drill riveting mechanism,the strength and stiffness of key components will directly affect the performance of drilling and riveting action.In order to obtain the motion and force characteristics of the drill riveting mechanism,based on ANSYS finite element analysis software and ADAMS dynamic analysis software,the rigid-flex coupling dynamic analysis model of the drll riveting mechanism was established,and the kinematics and dynamics analysis was carried out to obtain the relevant curves of the moving speed,acceleration,displacement,and force of the key components of the drill riveting mechanism,and the load spectrum of the key components was extracted.Through research,it provides a reference for the optimization of drill riveting mechanism and its own mechanical properties.
