摘要
以某型臂架式绿篱修剪车为研究对象,结合整车技术参数利用三维建模软件建立实体模型。由于臂架系统主要对绿篱修剪刀具起承载定位作用,其修剪刀具平稳性受臂架系统摆动影响较大。因此考虑用柔性臂架替换刚性臂架进行分析。分别以绿篱修剪车三节臂架及刀具的初始收拢状态和垂直状态为基础,对第1节、第2节、第3节臂架以及绿篱修剪刀具进行两种情况下的5种不同工况进行动力学分析。研究变幅油缸行程与臂架升程对应的曲线关系,分析比较相同工况下多刚体模型和刚柔耦合模型中液压缸的受力。仿真结果表明,该方法可实现对复杂臂架系统的刚柔耦合分析,为臂架变幅油缸的选型及控制策略优化提供依据。
Taking a type of boom-type hedge trimmer as the research object, the solid model is built by using 3 D modeling software combined with the technical parameters of the whole vehicle. Since the boom system mainly plays a bearing role for the hedge trimmer, the smoothness of the trimming tool is greatly affected by the swing of the boom system. Therefore, it is considered to replace the rigid boom with a flexible boom for analysis. In this paper, based on the initial folding state and vertical state of the three-section boom and the cutter of the hedge trimmer, five different conditions are applied to the first section, the second section, the third section boom and the hedge trimmer in two cases. Perform kinetic analysis. The curve relationship between the range of the variable-speed cylinder and the lift of the boom is studied. The force of the hydraulic cylinder in the multi-rigid model and the rigid-flexible coupling model under the same working conditions is analyzed and compared. The simulation results show that the method can realize the rigid-flexible coupling analysis of the complex boom system, and provide a basis for the selection of the boom variable-width cylinder and the optimization of the control strategy.
