摘要
10 kV配电网一体化高压电能测量装置集成了高压取电、高压计量和无线通信等功能模块,出厂之前必须经过老化检测,以保证产品的可靠性与稳定性,为此研究与设计一种针对该系列装置的整机通电老化试验系统。该系统的高压电能计量设备检验装置采用基于磁保持继电器的电流档位控制器和控制软件,与恒温、恒湿试验箱调节高电压、大电流和温湿度,模拟产品的真实工作状态与外部恶劣环境。分析老化试验对高压电阻的温度特性测试、局部放电指标评估与整体电能计量误差检验方面的应用效果,结果表明该老化试验系统可实现在高压通电环境下装置整体功能与性能的在线老化检测,提前判别不合格产品和生产工艺缺陷。
The integrated high voltage electrical energy measurement device for 10 kV distribution network includes high voltage power supply,high voltage measurement,wireless communication modules,etc.The aging test must be conducted to ensure the reliability and stability before these devices leave the factory.Therefore,an aging test system based on a magnetic-holding-relay current gear controller and the software control is designed and studied,which not only can regulate different voltages and currents but also can modulate temperatures and humidity to simulate real work states and outdoor severe environment for the device.This paper analyzes the application effects of the aging test on the temperature characteristic of high voltage resistor,the evaluation of partial discharge,and the overall calibrating precision.The results show that the aging test system can realize online aging tests of functions and performance of the device in high voltage power-on environment and distinguish defects of the device and the production process in advance.
